About the Company

Dudes & Dogs C.I.C.is a men’s mental health organisation and community interest company started in Bristol in 2019. Since then we have opened walks around the UK and Ireland with a clear vision; to show men, from every culture and every community, in every corner of the world, that it’s not just okay to talk, it’s vitally important. And we do that by getting guys into the fresh air for a walk and talk with dogs for company. Since 2019 we have supported hundreds of men with their mental wellbeing, and successfully launched the life saving military app, Mandown UK. Head to our website to find out more.
We are in a new phase of our journey, changing our referral pathway to allow healthcare professionals to refer their patients for walks through social prescribing channels. We see our service as a support and adjunct to the larger mental health services. To achieve this we are changing the entire makeup of our organisation and now have a board of Directors and Trustees in place including a clinical director, who will help us in publishing clear clinical data to provide evidence and support for the work we do. 2023 will see a revolution in the way Dudes & Dogs works, including paid positions for the first time, new collaborations and a brand new direction. We’d love to have you along for the ride.
